These terms govern your use of mattressandfurniture.net and any purchase you make through it from Dallas Mattress and Furniture Outlet ("we," "us," "our"), located at 940 N Belt Line Rd, Ste 139, Irving, TX 75061. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing on this site accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before charging or shipping anything, and you can cancel that order if you'd rather not proceed at the corrected price. Product availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
When you check out, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card number. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or if an item turns out to be unavailable. If we do, we'll let you know and you won't be charged.
At checkout you'll choose delivery or in-store pickup and select a date and time window. In-store pickup is available Monday through Saturday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM; we're closed Sundays for pickup. Delivery is available every day, including Sundays, between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Delivery windows are approximate and not guaranteed to the minute. Depending on that day's route and traffic, we may arrive up to an hour before or after your selected window (for example, a 9:00 PM-10:00 PM delivery could arrive as early as 8:00 PM or as late as 11:00 PM, and a 7:00 PM-8:00 PM delivery could arrive as early as 6:00 PM). By selecting a delivery window at checkout, you agree to this approximate range and acknowledge that we can't guarantee delivery within the exact selected hour. We'll contact you at the phone number you provide if anything changes.
Please inspect your items at the time of delivery or pickup and let our team know right away if anything arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, so we can make it right.
Our current return, exchange, and cancellation policy, including which items (such as special-order or clearance items) may be final sale, is available in-store and will be confirmed with you at the time of purchase. Applicable manufacturer warranties pass through to you as the buyer. Beyond what the manufacturer provides, we don't offer additional warranties on products sold through this site unless we've told you otherwise in writing.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when you check out, and not to attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dallas Mattress and Furniture Outlet isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or a purchase made through it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under Texas law.
