We do not collect or store your card number. That's handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe (see below). Our web server and hosting provider also automatically log standard technical information (like IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting purposes, the way most websites do.

Who we share it with

We share order information with a small number of services that help us run this website and fulfill your order:

• Stripe processes your payment. Stripe receives your name, email, and card details directly and securely; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how it handles that data.
• Geoapify powers the address-suggestion box when you type a delivery address. What you type is sent to Geoapify to look up matching addresses.
• Discord when an order is placed, an order summary (name, phone, email, delivery/pickup details, and items ordered) is sent to a private Discord channel our staff uses internally to see and fulfill new orders.
• Our website hosting provider, which processes traffic to this site as part of keeping it online.

We may also disclose information if required to by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dallas Mattress and Furniture Outlet, our customers, or others.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage (not a tracking cookie) to remember what's in your cart and to keep a receipt-style list of your own past orders on your own device, so you can look them up without calling us. This information stays on your device and isn't something we can see or access remotely. Stripe's checkout may set its own cookies as part of processing your payment and preventing fraud; we don't control those directly. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

How long we keep information

We keep order information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill your order and for our legitimate business, accounting, and warranty-support purposes afterward.
